PAPER SUBMISSION 

REVISED PAPER / NON REFEREED FULL PAPER SUBMISSION IS OPEN UNTIL 1600hours

FULL PAPER REVISION SUBMISSION
Participants who's papers received comments to change or add to their original paper must resubmit their paper with 'tracked' changes and in the correct full paper format template. Revised papers received following 30 September will not be published in the summit proceedings. If revised paper is not received, presentation time allocated will be reserved only if authors are registered to attend. If authors are not registered, presentation time will be forfeited and thus the paper withdrawn from the summit program. 

NON REFEREED PAPER SUBMISSION
Accepted non refereed full papers must be received in the correct full paper format template for the program committee's general review to ensure your paper content is relevant to the summit theme and overall outcomes. If accepted non reviewed full papers is not received by 30 September, presentation time allocated will be reserved only if authors are registered to attend. If authors are not registered, presentation time will be forfeited and thus the paper withdrawn from the summit program.

PUBLICATION PLAN
A summit proceeding with ISBN, including all accepted referred papers, will be published and provided to all registered delegates. Authors of the best 10-20% of the papers presented at the conference will be invited to adapt their papers for their publication in the following books and special issues of international journals:

Edited monographs by IGI Global and Emerald Group publishing
>
Special Issue of the International Journal of Knowledge-Based Development
>
Special Issue of the International Journal of Knowledge-Based Organizations
>
Special Issue of the Journal of Knowledge Management


REGISTRATION
Please note that all presenters must register for the summit by 30 September 2010. Author registration not received by this date will result in papers being withdrawn from the program.

SUMMIT AWARDS
Best paper awards will be given in two categories:

>
Postgraduate Student

SPEAKER ZONE

Once you have submitted your abstract/paper, you will be emailed an access key to access the Speaker Zone. All applicants are requested to enter the Speaker Zone to view your abstract in PDF format to ensure it has been uploaded correctly. When online registration opens, all accepted abstract presenters are requested to register for the congress via this zone.
